Most important characteristic which inspire his students is the teacher’s positive attitude. Positive attitude is one of the effective weapons which brainwash the students for their practical life, students often recall praise recognition that was given by their teacher and they points their confidence and direction for their whole life. In the other words we can say that effective teacher are those who have positive attitude and positive minded and he believe his ability to success of their students.

Creativity is most likely activity for students. Students feel fresh minded and shows their interest in general activities. They like unusual things that their teachers do like construction of models from wastage on by no cost or low cost items. Teacher should engaged their students in activities like a puzzle game or making different types of models by using wastage of plastic, iron or cottons.

Teacher should promote the interest of activity in students by using extra marking method or by unique ways of motivation of students. Especially funny activities are very likely and acceptable by the students. So arrangement of different types of activities for learning and maintain the classroom is very helpful segment for teacher personality.

High level of confidence is also most important part of teacher’s traits. Confidence used as base in every field of life, so as a teacher it is first stage of technical knowledge. If a teacher has a good command on their subject but only the lack of confidence he cannot describe and transfer his vision to his students.

Forgiving habits can improve the students confidence level and they remove their hesitation for thinking some new step and new solutions of the particular question or activity.

As a general quote that “The respect is give and take” so teacher can use this sense of learning for their students. Respect is very helpful for students character building. Students mostly use these activities and methods which he see and learn by his teacher.

Personal interaction is very helpful for student learning. Students feel free for asking every type of questions. An effective teacher should personally in touch with their students. It also open the ways of assessment about students hidden activities. Teachers who are personally connected their students, they mostly call them by name or by nickname, ask about students, and accept students activities although these are against the academic rules, so when students see these habits in his teacher, he opens his mindset and ask his questions frequently to his teacher.

5-   Technical and Management skills:-

Technical skills are the knowledge and the capabilities to perform something special and management often needs to have technical skills in order to communicating effectively with every types of student as per their learning ability.

Technical and management knowledge and skills improve the teacher confidence ability and interaction with his students. So the teacher can maintain his classroom very easily and control his students. He also knows that which technique is most useful and effective for students as per their age and class position. So teacher should have the technical and management skills for his personality traits.

       6-   Professional qualities:-

An effective teacher should be a professional and also have the professional qualities. Teacher should maintain his communication with colleagues, senior teachers and should create a difference between teacher and students communication. Teacher must be a honest and he should prove himself a respectful man in the students community. His way of talking walking and chalking should be professional. A professional teacher has professional skills like he know how to communicate with different age of students, how and when the appreciate and reward the students for the accomplishment the given targets to students.

       7-   Punctuality and Maturity:-

Another demand of teacher’s personality traits is a punctuality and self maturity. Self maturity of an individual shows the responsibility self confidence, attractive and professional body language, a handsome speaking power and voice tone, powerful eye contacts with his students, honesty and integrity, job responsibility and hundreds of more qualities which should be a comprehensive person. Teacher’s punctuality and maturity is also very important for student learning process. These qualities of a teacher make the student perfect, punctual and a honorable man in his culture.
